ESC – Our expertise
SEMCO Technologies offers reliable solutions for holding and processing standard, thin and ultra-thin wafers using proprietary ESC capacitive technology. We also have the capability to manufacture chucks with integrated heaters: complete set of thermal modeling tools for BSG regulation, heat transfer optimization and temperature uniformity control as well as optimized backside particle control.
